Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team. As an LNA, you will be a valued member of the care team, focused on helping patients with medically complex conditions regain their quality of life.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license or license eligible in the state of employment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with residents, families, and healthcare teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Demonstrated empathy and compassion, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
