At Rutland Regional Medical Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Unit Care Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will provide supportive bedside nursing care to patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. This role requires the ability to report patient care observations, deviations from patient's plan of care, and other pertinent information in a timely manner.

A high school graduate or equivalent is required for this position, with previous hospital or nursing home LNA experience preferred. The successful candidate will also possess basic computer skills and moderate knowledge of medical terminology.

The estimated salary range for this position is $19.29 - $28.50 per hour. We offer a competitive benefits package, including BLS Certification through American Heart Association and unit-specific certifications as required.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to lift and move patients and equipment safely, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and work effectively as part of a team.
