Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate individual to provide top-notch care to our patients. As a Care Professional, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care services that meet the unique needs of each patient.

The ideal candidate will have a valid State of Vermont Nursing Assistant License, High School Diploma or GED, and valid Driver's License and Current Auto Insurance.
