Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Applus IDIADA. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, managing schedules, and providing exceptional customer service to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals, to ensure seamless and efficient travel experiences for our team members.
  • Manage schedules and calendars to ensure timely and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our team members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of travel expenses and other financial transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of travel arrangements, schedules, and other relevant information.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two-year college degree or technical school preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or in a related role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
