Key Responsibilities- Prepare expense reports and manage business travel arrangements.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including arranging meetings, logistics, and catering.
- Process invoices, check requests, and maintain office supplies.
- Screen incoming calls, take messages, and respond to requests.
- Manage mail and package shipping duties.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documents in support of departmental operations.
- Maintain calendars and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Teams.
- Experience with Concur preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional client service and prioritize tasks.
A competitive base pay range of $23.00 per hour.
