Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Partnering with Sales and Fitness Managers to deliver a member-focused experience that enhances member relationships and retention.
  • Ensuring members receive a warm welcome and prompt assistance with their needs.
  • Engaging members with various fitness offerings, including personal training and group exercise classes.
  • Maintaining personal connections with members and serving as a resource for their inquiries.
  • Assisting with club tours and member inquiries as needed.
  • Supporting housekeeping duties as required.
Essential Qualifications:
  • High school diploma.
  • Ability to follow both oral and written instructions.
  • Willingness to perform routine tasks consistently.
  • Capability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with cleaning products.
  • Understanding that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities.
This position requires the ability to lift and move items up to 25 lbs and involves standing or walking for extended periods. A professional demeanor, clear communication, and a clean uniform are essential.
