The Agricultural Labor Relations Board seeks a highly skilled Attorney - Labor Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in enforcing the Agricultural Labor Relations Act and ensuring fair labor practices in the agricultural industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and prosecute complex labor disputes involving unfair labor practices
- Provide legal advice and guidance to the Board and its staff on labor relations matters
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent and address labor disputes
- Collaborate with other agencies and stakeholders to promote fair labor practices
- Stay up-to-date on relevant labor laws and regulations
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish is required
- BAR License is required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
