Role Overview:
As a Member Relations Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate relationships based on trust, collaboration, and exceptional service, which is essential in distinguishing ourselves within the financial services sector.

In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Deliver outstanding service to all Members, volunteers, internal staff, and service partners.
  • Communicate product offerings and services to Members to align with their needs.
  • Promote RCU products, including Investment Services, Insurance Services, and Auto Services.
  • Assist Members in establishing basic financial products and services.
  • Address Member inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department for further assistance.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of Member information by adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Process Member transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of cash and checks, ensuring proper documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess:

  • A combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a retail sales or cash handling environment.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and a collaborative spirit, thriving in a team-oriented setting.
  • A commitment to ethical practices and delivering exceptional service.

Compensation and Benefits:
The starting pay range for this position is $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Our compensation package is designed to reflect the responsibilities of the role, along with the candidate's experience, education, and key skills.
