Maravilla Santa Barbara is seeking a highly skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, visitors, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and Assist Visitors: Greet all visitors in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner, and assist them with their needs.
- Screen and Sign-in Visitors: Screen and require visitors to sign-in at the reception desk, maintaining accurate records of visitors and their purposes.
- Answer Phones and Route Calls: Answer all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner, routing calls and taking messages as appropriate.
- Provide Administrative Support: Assist residents with general office needs, such as postage, copies, faxes, and notary public services.
- Maintain Office Supplies: Type, copy, order, and maintain inventory of office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized reception area.
- Update Emergency Contact Information: Maintain and update emergency contact information for residents and staff.
**Requirements:**
- Education: High school diploma or GED (General Educational Development); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
