We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier/Receptionist at Del Grande Dealer Group. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Answer guest calls and establish follow-up with service appointments
- Service appointment scheduling utilizing X-Time software
- Follow-up with appointment no-shows
- Contacting guests who are overdue for service
- Scheduling guests for Smog, VIN Verifications and Weight Certificates
- Cashiering Service and Parts guests including taking credit cards and cash payments
- Balancing transactions at the end of each day including the cash drawer
- Closing completed work orders
- Coordinate rental/loaner vehicles with guests using General Motors software
- Assisting with Extended Warranty submissions
- Scanning and filing documents
- Keeping a working inventory of office supplies for Service, Parts, Sales and Finance Departments
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience
- Excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
