Position Title:
Lead Electrical Systems Engineer

Location:
Raleigh Durham Branch Office

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid (in-office at least 3 times a week)

Compensation:
$100K - $145K (Relocation and sign-on bonuses available for qualified candidates)

Core Responsibilities:


Oversee the design of complex electrical systems for a variety of structures, including healthcare facilities, educational institutions, laboratories, and corporate environments.

Direct the creation of 2D and 3D construction documentation utilizing Revit.

Generate documentation, perform calculations, and conduct energy modeling analyses to facilitate the LEED certification process.

Collaborate closely with internal teams, architectural clients, and property owners to drive design initiatives.

Plan and supervise the project production lifecycle from inception to completion.

Conduct site assessments, review submissions, and provide contractor support to ensure compliance with specifications.

Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers to meet project objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven proficiency in using Revit for developing detailed construction documents.

Comprehensive understanding and capability to design and manage extensive, intricate electrical building systems.

Exceptional prioritization and follow-through abilities, with a strong commitment to self-imposed quality control measures.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Degree:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.

Licensure:
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).

Experience: 7+ years in the Electrical consulting sector
