POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Senior Electrical Systems Engineer at Precision Technology, you will act as the subject matter expert for electrical components within our product portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop detailed engineering schematics for electrical system interface wiring utilizing advanced drafting software such as Solidworks Electrical and Altium.
- Employ electronic testing instruments to ensure that electrical systems adhere to design specifications and assist in troubleshooting within the laboratory environment.
- Draft comprehensive engineering functional test protocols, certification documentation, and related engineering reports.
- Participate in the assessment and analysis of electrical system designs to complete function hazard evaluations and safety assessments.
- Build and evaluate functional prototypes of electrical devices or systems.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Circuit design and product qualification planning and testing; leverage established technologies to formulate innovative circuit designs and prepare necessary technical documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical engineering, ideally within the electric vehicle sector.
- Familiarity with local electrical standards and regulations.
- Proficient in Solidworks and Altium or comparable systems.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, team-focused environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to collaborate across various departments.
- Effective multitasking and time-management abilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
