About the Position

The Strategic Account Manager will oversee commercial and operational initiatives, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, managing customer relationships, and resolving issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Site Operations, Business Development, Product Application Engineers, and other stakeholders to guide fulfillment activity on behalf of assigned Strategic Customers.
  • Ensure concise demand visibility via S&OP & SIOP and facilitate intelligence gathering, resolving customer-related issues as required.
  • Direct and coordinate quoting and proposals, including product cost and revenue planning, technical specifications, and capacity plans.
  • Lead issue resolution for the customer, investigating root causes and resolving matters by working with internal stakeholders.
