We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team and contribute to our continued success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing long-term relationships with customers, and maintaining partnerships within an assigned sales territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers within an assigned sales territory.
- Conducting face-to-face meetings with potential customers to build relationships and close deals.
- Maintaining accurate records of leads, customer accounts, and sales performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field.
- Proven outside sales experience with demonstrated success in driving sales growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
- Familiarity with industry developments and market trends.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, plus lucrative commission structure.
