Job Description: The Sales Growth Specialist is responsible for ensuring new business revenue by engaging new prospects, delivering impactful sales presentations, and converting leads into long-term customers. This role will work closely with the Client Success Team to optimize processes, achieve key performance goals, drive client results, and contribute to account growth through proactive engagement and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Some of the key responsibilities of this role include leading generation and client acquisition; identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new business opportunities; conducting live product demonstrations to showcase solutions and drive conversions from self-prospected and inbound leads; and maintaining proactive communication with prospects to address objections and move deals through the pipeline.

Qualifications and Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have sales acumen, strong ability to identify customer needs, tailor solutions, and close deals effectively; interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and clients; self-motivation to exceed goals with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset; adaptability to quickly adjust strategies to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities; attention to detail to ensure precise record-keeping and adherence to established sales processes; and professionalism to uphold high standards of integrity and deliver on promises made to clients.

Benefits: In addition to a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid holidays, PTO, and 401K.
