We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at BXB INC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, business development, customer service, and sales roles. You should possess excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a willingness to learn. A bachelor's degree is not required but preferred.

As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing client needs and developing tailored solutions to meet their objectives
  • Communicating face-to-face with clients to understand their requirements and provide exceptional service
  • Managing and growing existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Driving new business development initiatives to expand the client base
  • Utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions

Your estimated salary will be around $62,500 per year, depending on your experience. We offer benefits such as training and development, bonuses based on performance, and cross-training.
