Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to manage client accounts in the retail setting face-to-face, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:- Analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives
- Communicate face-to-face with clients to understand their requirements and provide exceptional service
- Manage and grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Drive new business development initiatives to expand the client base
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Provide technical sales support to clients as needed

Requirements:- Preferred experience in account management, business development, customer service, and sales roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and willingness to learn
- A bachelor's degree is not required but preferred
