Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Insurance Unit Sales team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for executing regional sales and business development strategies for target companies within the Insurance Unit (P&C and Life and Annuities markets).
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the Insurance Unit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management at target companies to drive sales and business growth.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and negotiation.
- Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers' business and technology needs.
- Provide support to customers during initial phases of an engagement and ensure total client satisfaction through the life cycle of the relationship.
- 10-12 years of experience in selling IT services/technology outsourcing services into the Insurance Industry.
- Strong local contact base and access to alumni, local associations, industry associations within the region.
- Good understanding of the overall Insurance Industry and/or specific sub-verticals.
- Experience with vendor selection processes, including RFI and RFP issuance and response management.
- Ability to maintain strong sales management focus during sales cycles that are typically six months to one year in duration.
