Enterprise Sales Leader

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth in our East Coast operations. As Director of Enterprise Growth, you will lead a team of account executives responsible for selling our innovative data management solutions to Fortune 50 companies.
Your responsibilities will include developing a winning team, accurately reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior sales management, and actively leading and monitoring demand generation activities.
You will partner with field marketing to execute successful sales campaigns, manage significant client escalations and issues, and mentor direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings.
A strong strategic thinker and problem-solver, you will drive business growth and manage complex sales cycles. Your exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills will inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
The estimated salary for this position is $375,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
