We're seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Global Enterprise Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the enterprise market. As a key member of our global sales team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, building a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic partnerships.

About the Role

  • Lead a team of experienced account executives to drive sales success and expand our enterprise customer base.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales campaigns.
  • Mentor and coach sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a SaaS or cloud-based company.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales processes.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience.
