Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist III to join our team at Lawelawe Defense Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and systems.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve moderate to highly complex technical issues, acting as the primary frontline technician to field incoming calls and triage tickets to respective tier levels within the service desk support structure.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, analyzing problems, and providing technical assistance, support, and advice to end users.
  • System Administration: Perform system administrator level duties, including server administration and security patching, and enterprise system support.
  • Documentation: Maintain SOPs and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware, and problem troubleshooting.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Six (6) years of experience demonstrating proficiency in providing IT support.
  • Education: Bachelor degree.
  • Certifications: Active secret security clearance required, IAT-II level certificate per DoD M certificate requirement, CE: Associate level certificate, Security+ CE certification.
  • Skills: Knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems, strong customer service skills, effective communication skills, ability to work well under supervision and as part of a team.
