About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Graybar. As an Account Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for key accounts, responsible for servicing existing relationships and identifying new business opportunities to drive sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits from key accounts
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Handle customer needs and requests, provide presentations on new products, and answer questions on products and company services
  • Attain or exceed sales and profit budget
  • Assist the Financial Department in resolving claims and other issues
Requirements
  • 1+ years of related experience required
  • 4-year degree preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP)
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience
  • Bonus eligibility based on specific and relevant business metrics
