Position Overview:
The Oracle Supply Chain Solutions Analyst role is integral to the operational success of Knowles Precision Devices. This position requires a blend of business acumen and a deep understanding of Oracle Supply Chain modules to optimize processes and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support for Oracle ERP modules including Order Management, Shipping, Purchasing, and Inventory.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, conduct feasibility assessments, and offer strategic recommendations.
- Manage prioritized requests by developing functional design documents, creating comprehensive test plans, and coordinating with the development team for implementation.
- Conduct regression testing, facilitate user acceptance testing, and deliver training sessions to end-users.

Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience with Oracle EBS modules: Order Management, Shipping, Purchasing, and Inventory.
- Proven ability to create and maintain detailed implementation documentation.
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP applications database architecture.
- Proficient in Oracle database tools including PL/SQL, SQL Plus, Forms, and Reports.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and support practices.
- Expertise in Oracle AIM methodology and SQL script execution for data analysis and validation.
- Strong analytical skills with a systems/process-oriented mindset.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, capable of leading meetings and managing follow-up actions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and concepts.
- Experience working collaboratively in diverse, multi-cultural teams.
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
