Position Overview:
The Oracle Supply Chain Business Analyst role is pivotal in bridging business requirements with technical solutions within the Oracle Supply Chain modules. This position entails a thorough understanding of Oracle ERP systems and their functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support for Oracle ERP modules including Order Management, Shipping, Purchasing, and Inventory.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, assess feasibility, and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Manage prioritized requests by developing functional design documents, creating comprehensive test plans, and coordinating with the development team for implementation.
- Conduct regression testing, user acceptance testing, and facilitate training sessions.

Required Skills and Expertise:
- Over 10 years of experience with Oracle EBS modules: Order Management, Shipping, Purchasing, and Inventory.
- Proven track record in preparing and maintaining implementation documentation.
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP applications and database architecture.
- Proficiency in Oracle development tools including PL/SQL, SQL Plus, Forms, and Reports.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and support practices.
- Expertise in Oracle AIM methodology and data analysis using SQL scripts.
- Competence in Oracle OBIEE for reporting and analytics.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading meetings and following up on action items.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated initiative in learning and adapting to new technologies and concepts.
- Experience working collaboratively in a diverse, team-oriented environment.
