Job Summary

We are seeking an Account Executive to represent our business-to-business sales team. As an Account Executive, you will pursue multi-unit sales opportunities with existing customers and build new business relationships by offering value-added wireless products and solutions to meet our customers' communication needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Determine customer needs and communicate the benefits of our products, services, features, rate plans, and special offers.
  • Prospect, cold call, and close business with new and existing accounts.
  • Develop ongoing relationships with small, medium, and Fortune 1000 companies within your assigned territory.
  • Learn new product offerings and communicate effectively to prospective customers.
  • Meet sales objectives and goals on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare complete, accurate, and timely paperwork to ensure efficient processing of customer transactions.
  • Represent BearCom's values and business ethics.
Qualifications:
  • 4 years of sales experience, preferably in telecom/wireless, or willingness to train recent college graduates with an interest in sales.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and closing abilities, with excellent customer service skills.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in processing sales contacts and orders through a CRM system.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • High energy level, cheerful, positive attitude, competitive personality, and drive to be successful.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
  • Drug screenings and background checks are part of the hiring process, which may also include a Motor Vehicle Record check.
