Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • A proven history of developing and executing HR strategies that yield business success.
  • In-depth knowledge of US employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in leading large-scale organizational change and transformation efforts.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • A strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • SHRM certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP or SPHR) is preferred.
