About the Role

BearCom is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for representing our company's wireless products and solutions to existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine customer needs and communicate the benefits of our products and services.
  • Prospect and close business with new and existing accounts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their communication needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date on new product offerings and communicate effectively to customers.
  • Meet sales objectives and goals on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare accurate and timely paperwork to ensure efficient processing of customer transactions.
Requirements
  • 4 years of sales experience in telecom or wireless industry, or willingness to train recent college graduate with an interest in sales.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and closing abilities with excellent customer service skills.
  • Computer literate and proficient in processing sales contacts and orders through a CRM system.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • High energy level, cheerful, positive attitude, competitive personality, and driven to be successful.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
  • Pass a drug screening and background check.
