Sales and Marketing Project Specialist

The Sales and Marketing Project Specialist will play a crucial role in the development and execution of innovative marketing and sales initiatives aimed at enhancing company growth and elevating brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement both print and digital marketing materials, including assets for campaigns, presentations, social media, product launches, trade exhibitions, sales brochures, and company catalogs.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all visual communications, adhering to established brand guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other proposal submissions by creating and refining presentations and documents as required.
- Develop engaging technical content such as case studies, technical articles, and product information sheets to inform and captivate our target market.
- Collaborate with management and the sales team to create effective sales tools and materials that clearly convey the advantages of our products and services.
- Conduct market research to uncover trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights that shape marketing strategies.
- Provide support to customer-facing teams by offering expertise in presentations, webinars, and client meetings to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with the daily operations of the Marketing Department, including participation in trade shows, managing social media accounts, and contributing to company newsletters.
- Willingness to travel as necessary, up to six times a year.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred; a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required.
- At least three years of experience in graphic design or a related discipline.
- Exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-driven; capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Proactive in completing tasks and projects.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- A valid driver's license is necessary.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications is essential. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools is mandatory.
- Customer Service Orientation: Meet commitments to internal and external stakeholders and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities and the capacity to interact professionally with colleagues at all levels.
- Work Ethic: Highly organized with a systematic approach to task execution. Dependable, trustworthy, and committed to providing excellent service.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds in various packaging.
