About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at Global Compression Services, Inc. as a Project Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for selling field service projects in your assigned territory, working closely with our Sales Management team to achieve key performance indicators and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance quotas assigned by Management
  • Develop and execute an annual Field Service Sales Plan and Forecast for your assigned territory
  • Manage your sales territory using Salesforce and follow our defined Sales Process
  • Create and maintain a weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedule for calling on customers with potential field service opportunities
  • Execute impromptu and short-term projects and assignments as needed
Requirements
  • Highly self-motivated and high-energy individual with a desire to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of or in combination with education
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to comply with our substance abuse policy
  • Sales experience a plus; industry experience a plus; experience using Salesforce or other CRM software a plus

Work Environment
