Position Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to contribute to our innovative team. The successful candidate will possess a background in sales and inventory management, along with outstanding administrative skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight:
    • Initiate, plan, and oversee projects from start to finish.
    • Create project schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring that all milestones are achieved.
    • Engage with team members, stakeholders, and suppliers to guarantee project coherence and successful delivery.
    • Recognize and address potential risks and challenges within projects.
  • Administrative Assistance:
    • Deliver thorough administrative support, including organizing meetings, drafting agendas, and documenting meeting outcomes.
    • Maintain project documentation, ensuring all records are current and easily accessible.
    • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone communications related to projects and administrative duties.
    • Compile reports, presentations, and other necessary project documentation as required.
  • Resource Allocation:
    • Effectively distribute resources to meet project demands.
    • Collaborate with various departments to secure essential resources and support for projects.
    • Monitor and manage project expenditures, ensuring compliance with budgetary limits.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Identify ways to enhance project management and administrative workflows.
    • Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to boost efficiency and productivity.
    • Continuously assess project results and processes to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Team Engagement:
    • Encourage a collaborative and positive team atmosphere.
    • Offer support and mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth and development.
    • Facilitate communication and teamwork across departments to achieve project objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager or Administrative Manager.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in budgeting and resource allocation.
  • PMP certification is advantageous.
