Role Summary: We are in search of a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to enhance our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a robust sales background, a comprehensive understanding of the oil and gas sector, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Development: Identify and engage potential clients within the oil and gas industry to present our disposal and reclamation services. Cultivate and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales and Market Expansion: Meet sales objectives by actively pursuing new business opportunities and broadening our client network. Effectively present and advocate for our services to prospective clients, showcasing how our solutions can meet their disposal and salvage requirements.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Assess clients' specific needs related to crude oil disposal and contamination. Provide customized solutions and expert guidance on how our services can assist in managing and disposing of their crude oil by-products.
  • Market Insights: Remain updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to strategically position our services and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional Customer Support: Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey, from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up. Address any client concerns promptly to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep precise records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in sales, ideally within the oil and gas sector or a related field.
  • Industry Expertise: A solid understanding of crude oil, by-products, and contamination processes. Knowledge of industry regulations and environmental compliance is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of presenting information clearly and persuasively.
  • Client-Centric Focus: Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships, delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Self-Driven: Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a successful track record in achieving sales targets.
