Position Summary

Penn Foster Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to oversee the daily operations related to marketing initiatives across various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support marketing and sales strategies, including project branding, timelines, social media management, advertising, and collateral design.
  • Collaborate with external vendors such as signage companies and creative agencies to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Work with internal teams to develop and maintain marketing materials and community branding.
  • Manage website content updates and ensure an engaging online presence.
  • Assist in gathering estimates and sourcing for marketing projects.
  • Maintain an organized vendor database and marketing collateral inventory.
  • Proofread and fact-check all marketing materials to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate the upkeep of sales centers and ensure marketing tools are readily available.
  • Oversee social media presence and online reputation management.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation and review.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as invoice reconciliation and inventory management.
  • Conduct business with professionalism and integrity to enhance customer satisfaction and company reputation.
  • Plan and manage marketing events at sales centers, attending as necessary.
  • Assist in training on marketing best practices and new tools.
  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of model homes and sales centers.
  • Manage requested changes to the division's website.
  • Be available for overtime and occasional travel.
Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • Two to four years of relevant experience in marketing or related fields.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with photography and video editing software.
