Front Office Operations Supervisor

Overview of the Role
We are seeking a dedicated professional to assist the Front Office Manager in managing the daily operations of the Front Office. The primary objective is to enhance guest satisfaction, provide exceptional service, and comply with corporate and franchise standards while meeting financial targets.
- Ensure smooth guest check-in, check-out, service delivery, and telephone operations in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Execute company and franchise strategies effectively.
- Support financial planning and reporting for the Rooms Division.
- Optimize front office systems for peak performance.
- Oversee guest satisfaction assessments and leverage guest feedback systems efficiently.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year experience in front desk operations.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience in the hospitality sector is preferred.
- Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS) and general computer skills.
- In-depth understanding of the brand's loyalty program.
- Adept at managing cash and credit transactions.
- Excellent communication abilities with guests.
- Proven capacity to handle multiple responsibilities and strong organizational skills.
