Overview of the Role
We are in search of a proficient professional to assist the Front Office Manager in managing the operations of the Front Office. The primary objective is to guarantee guest satisfaction, provide exceptional service, and comply with corporate and franchise standards while meeting financial targets.
- Ensure seamless guest check-in, check-out, service, and telephone operations in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Execute company and franchise strategies effectively.
- Support in financial planning and reporting for the Rooms Division.
- Optimize front office systems for peak performance.
- Oversee guest satisfaction assessments and leverage guest feedback systems efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in front desk operations.
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Preference for candidates with experience in the hospitality sector.
- Required proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and general computer skills.
- In-depth understanding of the brand's loyalty program.
- Adeptness in managing cash and credit transactions.
- Outstanding communication abilities with guests.
- Proven capability to juggle multiple responsibilities and strong organizational skills.
