We are a high-volume automotive service provider specializing in European vehicles, seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that ensure smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome customers entering the facility
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Process insurance claims and follow up on existing claims
- Create supplements and facilitate payment collection from insurance providers
- Provide daily updates to customers regarding their service
- Handle payment transactions, including cash and credit card processing
- Respond to customer inquiries via email
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout all interactions
- Sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment
- Keep accurate records for staff and communication systems
- Perform general administrative duties for both front and back office
- Manage accounts receivable and payable

Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
