Position Summary

We are looking for an Account Representative to become a vital part of our dynamic team as a claims specialist. This role entails making a high volume of outbound calls to investigate, bill, and optimize payments on medical claims to insurance providers on behalf of our clients. You will be responsible for accurate and timely data entry across multiple systems while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute high-volume outbound calls to investigate and resolve medical claims.
  • Process billing and maximize payments on medical claims submitted to insurance companies.
  • Perform precise and timely data entry utilizing various systems.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations in all aspects of your duties.
  • Apply your knowledge of medical terminology, UB04, and CMS1500 forms in claims processing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Platform.
  • Experience with medical terminology and third-party liability is preferred.
  • Background in medical billing/claim processing and familiarity with UB04 and CMS1500 forms is preferred.
