COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

We provide a competitive salary ranging from $47,000 to $57,000 annually, with opportunities for growth based on your sales achievements and performance. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

ARE YOU THE RIGHT CANDIDATE?

Your work schedule typically spans Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts. You will manage an average of eight service stops per day, with no night shifts required.

As a Pest Management Specialist, your positive attitude and exceptional communication skills are vital to your success. You will represent our company, interacting with clients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring their properties remain pest-free. Approaching customers with confidence, you will deliver outstanding service. With an average of 150 clients each month, most on quarterly service plans, you will build lasting relationships. Every interaction contributes to maintaining pest-free environments and fostering enduring connections.

Here’s what we require from you:

  • High school diploma or relevant work experience
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing or certification exams
  • Willingness to work 40+ hours per week

No prior experience is necessary; we are willing to train the right candidate.
