YOUR SCHEDULE AS A SENTRICON PEST MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST:

This is a full-time position, typically involving fieldwork from Monday to Friday, between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts. You will manage an average of approximately eight stops per day without any evening shifts.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Sentricon Pest Management Specialist at Arrow Exterminators, your day will be impactful. You will provide service and inspect customer Sentricon termite bait stations. With attention to detail, you will identify installed stations, assess and document bait station conditions and termite activity, and repair or replace damaged components. This role is not just about pest management - it’s about building rapport with clients, offering additional services to assist customers, and ensuring their homes remain pest-free. Each day presents new challenges and opportunities to make a significant difference in our clients' lives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-mandated licensing/certification assessments
  • Aptitude to work a minimum of 40 hours weekly
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

No prior pest management experience is necessary as we will provide training to the right candidate.
