About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Operations Manager at Hyundai of Kennesaw. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Order Management: Oversee the flow of service orders and ensure that customers receive timely and efficient service.
  • Customer Experience: Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that allow us to leave a positive impression with the customer.
  • Concierge Support: Provide support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to ensure that customers do not get mishandled.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Work Distribution: Distribute work between technicians efficiently to maximize productivity.
  • Technical Support: Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Customer Success Index: Maintain the Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
  • Warranty Administration: Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
  • Service Department Administration: Oversee the administration of warranty claims as well as training and supervising of the service department.
  • Company Policies: Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards.
  • Compliance: Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Factory Relations: Maintain good working relationships with factory representatives and foster positive employee relations.
