Position Overview:
  • Obtain necessary licenses in Property & Casualty as well as Life, Accident, and Health insurance
  • Engage in outreach to potential clients at community marketing initiatives
  • Assess customer needs and expectations to deliver customized solutions
  • Solicit, negotiate, and finalize new insurance policies
  • Evaluate renewal accounts and explore cross-selling/up-selling opportunities
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Conduct risk assessments, underwriting, and act as a liaison for clients/claims
  • Follow company protocols and fulfill general customer service responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, troubleshoot issues, and achieve performance targets
