Position Overview:- Obtain necessary licenses in Property & Casualty as well as Life, Accident, and Health insurance
- Engage in outreach to potential clients at community marketing initiatives
- Assess customer needs and expectations to deliver customized solutions
- Solicit, negotiate, and finalize new insurance policies
- Evaluate renewal accounts and explore cross-selling/up-selling opportunities
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Conduct risk assessments, underwriting, and act as a liaison for clients/claims
- Follow company protocols and fulfill general customer service responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, troubleshoot issues, and achieve performance targets
