About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Director to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience with CRM systems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
  • Lead and motivate the sales teams to meet and exceed targets
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Design/modify onboarding, training, and performance improvement plans
  • Provide routine reporting to senior leadership
  • Office visits and travel (expected 8-15 days/month)
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Ability to travel as needed

  • Ability to manage large remote teams
Compensation

Expected Total Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000 (though the ceiling is uncapped)

Annual Bonus: $15k - $20k+

Quarterly Bonus: $10k - $15k+

Base Salary: $70k - $80k+
