Ecommerce Director

At Homemakers Furniture, Mattresses & Accessories, we're seeking a seasoned E-Commerce Director to lead our digital commerce team. As a key member of our executive team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth, enhance customer experience, and increase brand loyalty.

• Develop and Implement E-Commerce Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with our business goals, including site merchandising, online marketing, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Oversee E-Commerce Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and sales conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, IT, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless and efficient online shopping experience.
• Analyze Sales Data and Customer Behavior: Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
• Manage E-Commerce Budget: Oversee the e-commerce budget, including setting sales targets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring profitability.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field: A degree in marketing or a related field is required.
• 10+ Years E-Commerce Experience: A minimum of 10 years of e-commerce experience is necessary.
• 3-5 Years Management Experience: 3-5 years of management experience is required.
• Knowledge of Furniture Industry: Knowledge of the furniture industry is preferred.
