Job Title: Catering Sales Director

The Glen Oaks Country Club is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing banquet and catering sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design custom menus for clients
  • Work closely with the management team to communicate and prepare for upcoming events
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, forecasts, and client interactions
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in catering sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of sales performance and revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of banquet revenue generation and sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
