Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our National Sales team. As a key member of our Income Solutions team, you will be responsible for building infrastructure, establishing presence within the bank channel and institutional consultants, and identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and grow sales strategy
  • Cross-selling initiatives with Defined Benefit, OCIO, and Principal Custody Solutions
  • Collaborative approach to separate real client opportunities from false positives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 10 years related work experience
  • Thorough understanding of DB plans, institutional investment management, custody solutions, and ERISA
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, oral and written communication, leadership, relationship building, and consultative selling skills
