Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and other means
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies
  • Travel frequently to meet with customers and attend industry events
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
  • Strong business acumen, including knowledge of sales strategies, marketing, and customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in field/territory management
  • Microsoft Office experience, specifically Excel
  • Outside sales/travel experience
  • Bachelor's degree
