Sales Director Responsibilities
At Invictus Talent Solutions, we are seeking a Sales Director to oversee the local sales department. Key responsibilities include:

Creating and monitoring targets for the sales team
Bringing in new accounts and executing Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
Building trusting and professional relationships with clients
Meeting with clients and account managers to ensure account satisfaction
Supervising and managing regional salespeople in the department
Following up on client complaints and queries
Promoting new services and products to clients
Developing and mentoring entry-level sales professionals
Reporting to senior management on account status

Requirements
Proven sales leadership experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
