Remax Allegiance is a prominent real estate brokerage with a strong presence in the DC and VA regions. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to oversee our front desk operations.

Position Summary

This full-time role involves managing the front desk from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

The front desk operations encompass a range of duties, including but not limited to:
  • Managing a multi-line switchboard
  • Handling the distribution of mail, packages, and faxes
  • Informing clients about incoming communications

The candidate will also receive training on various office-related functions, which include:
  • Data entry into our accounting system
  • Processing checks for bank deposits
  • Reviewing documentation to confirm completeness of contracts and listings
  • Communicating with relevant parties regarding any missing documents
  • Collecting necessary signatures when required
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in front desk management, along with some background in accounting and data entry
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building rapport with diverse personalities
  • Creative thinking and vision
  • Proficiency in using Internet applications
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, to provide excellent support to staff and clients
  • Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Sound judgment and the ability to independently resolve issues with minimal supervision
  • The capability to manage multiple tasks and thrive under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional phone demeanor
  • The ability to handle confidential information responsibly
