Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at CommuniCare Family of Companies. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering Calls and Messages: Respond to incoming calls, determine the nature of the call, and direct the caller to the appropriate individual or department.
  • Message Taking and Delivery: Take accurate messages when personnel are unavailable and ensure timely delivery.
  • Visitor Management: Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as assigned, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.

  • Quality and Safety: Maintain and work within established departmental, center, and home office policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement program, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous receptionist experience required.
  • Skills: Prior work/life experiences, preferably in a healthcare setting, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
