Job Overview

Summary: Management Business Solutions is seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to oversee maintenance and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate facility conditions and equipment performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Over 10 years of experience in manufacturing and operational management.
  • Proven experience in budget management and cost negotiation.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and team management experience.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with maintenance management software.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
