Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Rent-A-Center. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of a retail store, including sales, customer service, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities
  • General Management: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and employee management.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase store revenue and profits.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective customer service and resolution of customer complaints.
  • Asset Protection: Protect company assets, including inventory and equipment, through effective loss prevention and security measures.
  • Employee Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of retail management experience.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
